The Minister of Home Affairs, Prof. Hlengiwe Mkhize will officially open the renovated Home Affairs office in Bellville as part of the Moetapele Leadership Initiative in terms of which offices receive a face-lift and undergo improvements including in management and service-delivery quality. 

The Minister will also hand-out birth certificates and Smart ID Cards at the office.
