The Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Njabulo Nzuza will on Friday, 26 June 2020 visit the Ethekwini Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal to continue with the roll out of Home Affairs mobile units to process identity documents applications for matriculants as part of Youth Month celebrations.
Following government’s decision on the reopening of schools for Grade 7 and Grade 12 learners, the Departments of Home Affairs and Basic Education have embarked on a project to ease the application of IDs for matriculants in line with COVID – 19 regulations pertaining to services offered to the public.
