Home Affairs Minister, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, to discuss civic and immigration matters with Botswana’s Minister of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs, Hon Ms Anna Maria Mokgethi

The Minister of Home Affairs, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, and his Botswana counterpart, Hon Ms Anna Maria Mokgethi, are scheduled to meet on Friday 7 February 2020 at the Kopfontein Border Post. The meeting is aimed at reviewing and taking forward the implementation of current areas of cooperation. These areas include:
 
  1. The One-Stop Border Post Project
  2. Border Management Authority (BMA)
  3. Immigration issues and
  4. Civic services matters
 
The two Ministers will also conduct a walk-about at the Kopfontein Border Post to monitor operations.
