Home Affairs Minister, Malusi Gigaba, will tomorrow, 09 December 2014, launch the 20 Year Milestones and Achievements Book detailing strides made by the Department since the advent of democracy in 1994.

As part of the event, Minister Gigaba will hand over a Smart ID card to a millionth recipient since the identity document was launched on Mandela Day, 18 July 2013.
