Pretoria – The Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Fatima Chohan will tomorrow, Monday, 02 June 2014 hand over a Smart ID card to Ms Nora de Kock who is 104 years old. 

According to our records, Ms De Kock is the oldest person in the Western Cape to have applied for a Smart ID card.
