The Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Njabulo Nzuza will officially open the Home Affairs office at the Dorah Nginza Hospital in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape as part of the Department's efforts to encourage early registration of birth at health facilities.
The objective of the programme is to ensure that early birth registration is the primary channel into the National Population Register thereby maintaining its integrity.
